Ok this week is a little late, but I had to find this specific song. I dedicate it to Kalel ‘wannabe superman’ Venkman the founder of the Justice League Uncovered, oooops I mean Unlimited (deliberate typo). A role play group in Second Life who like to keep private information on residents (see http://jlu.sl4.me for more info). Anyways, I hope you see the humor as much as I.
Lyrics:
Firstly I have to apologise, time is short atm. Blogging has a lower priority than other things. Oh and there is no sex either – sorry.
Ok, so the JLU wiki got taken (unlike the JLU I wouldn’t say hacked because it is my understanding access was given – XD). It seems there is an almost complete version hosted in a rental subdomain on this server (http://jlu.sl4.me). However, I was curious to see if the creator of QHUD, Darling Brody, had an entry. So taking the bull by the horns I asked a JLU in Sandbox Goguen.
Few people know this, but I assign sub-domains to people (avatars in SL, I don’t take RL info). Anyways, I have one such link http://jlu.sl4.me which I have been paid for. This site is, it appears, slightly controversial – SEE HERE
Anyway, just to make it clear:-
- I will not remove the content, it is not mine.
- I will not remove the sub-domain (until payment expires).
- I will not disclose information about the contract.
- I do find it funny
If anyone has issues with the content, please contact the uploader in Second Life. I believe currently on a ban, because of over excited JLU AR’s!
So, having completed testing for alleged sim crashing (2 sim crashes – both Linden issues) by GRPS, I have now put the shop back. Selling the usual products (mens & womens clothing, weapons, Quantum Products etc). I have also added an offsim 360 degree 5 panel TV – just hit play on your media buttons.

No I am not writing a review on tea (not today anyway). Today I am writing about my impressions of Linux Mint (a Debian/Ubuntu based distro). I have wiped my laptop to install this after reading this excerpt from Distrowatch:
Linux Mint is one of the surprise packages of the past year. Originally launched as a variant of Ubuntu with integrated media codecs, it has now developed into one of the most user-friendly distributions on the market – complete with a custom desktop and menus, several unique configuration tools, a web-based package installation interface, and a number of different editions. Perhaps most importantly, this is one project where the developers and users are in constant interaction, resulting in dramatic, user-driven improvements with every new release. DistroWatch has spoken to the founder and lead developer of Linux Mint, Clement Lefebvre, about the history of the distribution.
